Synopsis:

This case presents the perspectives of SABC which was in the process of improving information sharing among SIG group. To achieve these objectives, Dean Prof. Zulhilmi and the school’s committees decided to develop SIG Knowledge Portal. A few months after the portal implementation, the dean instructed for assessment on the portal in order to assess its impact on the performance of SABC.
